Gibbon Chromosome Rearrangement BreakPoint Analysis


All bac end-sequences were optimally aligned and paired against the reference human genome sequence (build35/hg17) as part of a four step process to detect putative rearrangements:

1. initial recruitment
2. optimal realignment with quality rescoring
3. determination of paired-end read placements
4. rearrangement detection.
